The Council invites local elected officials, members of the business community, citizens groups, and other members of the public to comment on air quality issues and the work of the RAQC.

VI.              Update on Proceedings Currently Before the Air Quality Control Commission

·         Regulation No. 7 – Control of Volatile Organic Compounds from the Oil and Gas Industry

·         HB 1302 (Remote Sensing) Implementation Plan

·         Regulation No. 11 – Additional Model Year Exemptions from Motor Vehicle Emissions Testing

         Action:            Information and comments

VII.              2007 Work Program and Budget

Staff will present the proposed work program and budget for 2007 for Council’s approval.

                                    Action:            Approval

VIII.           Briefing Paper for Governor-elect Ritter

                     Council will discuss a draft briefing paper on the RAQC for Governor-elect Ritter and his transition team.

                             Action:            Approval
