The Council invites local elected officials, members of the business community, citizens groups, and other members of the public to comment on air quality issues and the work of the RAQC.

3:15     VI.        Ozone Plan Update

• Report on Stakeholder Meeting

Joan Ringel and staff will give Council a report on the Ozone Stakeholder Meeting held on Oct. 3 and describe the next steps for the process.

                                                Action:     Discussion

• Modeling Workplan

Staff will brief the Council on the proposed workplan and budget for conducting the emissions and photochemical modeling for the Ozone Attainment SIP.

                                               Action:     Approval of workplan

 4:15     VII.      Repair Your Air Campaign and Implementation of HB 1302 High-Emitter
                        Program

Staff will brief the Council on the RAQC’s Repair Your Air high-emitter program as well as plans for developing a high-emitter pilot program as part of the implementation of HB06-1302.

                                    Action:  Input on implementation of high-emitter pilot program
