§         Review amended Bylaws for RAQC Clean Air Fund

§         Audit of 2006 Financial Statements

                        Action:  Approval of Articles of Incorporation
                                      Discussion of revised Bylaws, with approval at next meeting
                                      Approve lease for office space
                                      Acceptance of audit

V.         Plans for Developing Ozone SIP and Additional Control Strategies

            Proposed Approach for Conducting Photochemical Dispersion Modeling

RAQC and APCD staff will present an approach for moving forward with the photochemical dispersion modeling that must be performed within the next year for the ozone attainment SIP.

            Action:  Approval of approach

Proposed Organization of Stakeholder Process for Developing the Ozone SIP and Considering Additional Control Strategies

Staff will outline a process for organizing stakeholder involvement in the upcoming ozone effort.

            Action:   Approval of process

Preliminary Discussion of Potential Ozone Control Strategies

Staff will provide Council members with background information on ozone control strategies.  Council will begin the discussion of potential strategies and direction for future strategy analyses and development.

            Action:  Direction to staff

5:00  p.m.

VI.        Repair Your Air Campaign and Development of a High-Emitter Program

Staff will brief the Council on the RAQC’s Repair Your Air high-emitter program as well as plans for developing a high-emitter pilot program as part of the implementation of HB06-1302.

                        Action:  Input on development of high-emitter pilot program
