The Council invites local elected officials, members of the business community, citizens groups, and other members of the public to comment on air quality issues and the work of the RAQC.

VI.        Discussion of Potential Additional Ozone Control Measures for the 2008 Ozone Season
                   (Discussion paper available at www.ozoneaware.org)

Council will continue its discussion of potential control measures that could be implemented for the 2008 ozone season by considering additional measures suggested by RAQC members.

                        Action:  Recommend additional measures and priorities for 2008

VII.       2008 Work Program and Budget
        (See Enclosures from December meeting packet)

            Council will review the organization’s proposed work program and budget for 2008.  Staff will also provide Council with background information on the RAQC’s financial operations, including historical and current sources of funding and expenditures.

                                    Action:   Approve 2008 work program and budget

·         Update on expected Congestion Mitigation/Air Quality grant funding for ozone and diesel projects in DRCOG’s 2008-2013 Transportation Improvement Program.
