The Council invites local elected officials, members of the business community, citizens groups, and other members of the public to comment on air quality issues and the work of the RAQC.

3:10     VI.        Presentation on Stage II Vapor Recovery by Colorado/Wyoming Petroleum Marketers Association

Representatives from the Colorado/Wyoming Petroleum Marketers Association (CWPMA) will provide their perspectives on the impacts Stage II vapor recovery.

3:20     VII.       Discussion of Results from Photochemical Modeling Sensitivity Analyses

Ralph Morris from Environ/Alpine Geophysics will present the results of the sensitivity analyses and Council will discuss the implications for control strategy development.

                        Action:  Discussion and Direction

4:00     VIII.      Discussion of Ozone Control Strategies for Proposed Ozone Plan and SIP

                        Council will discuss strategies to include in the proposed ozone plan and SIP that will be proposed to the   
                        AQCC in September.
