The Council invites local elected officials, members of the business community, citizens groups, and other members of the public to comment on air quality issues and the work of the RAQC.

3:15     VI.        Ozone SIP Update

Staff will provide a brief update on the status of Ozone SIP development activities.

3:30     VII.       Presentation and Discussion of Preliminary Ozone Photochemical Modeling

Environ/Alpine Geophysics, the ozone modeling contractors, will present preliminary results for the ozone photochemical modeling for discussion.

·         2006 Base Case Modeling and Model Performance

·         2010 Base Case Modeling and Ozone Projections

·         Proposed Sensitivity Modeling Tests Applied to the 2010 Base Case

5:10     VIII.      Vehicle Scrappage Program

     Staff will outline plans for implementing a high-emitting vehicle scrappage program as part of
     the RAQC's ozone reduction efforts this summer.
