II. Perspectives of the Ethanol Industry
Representatives of the ethanol have asked for the opportunity to present information regarding of the preliminary recommendation concerning ethanol blending in the summer.

II. Review and Discussion of Draft Report and Finalize Recommendations
Meeting participants will discuss the draft report and finalize the recommendations for further short-term actions to reduce ozone precursor emissions. (Draft report is available at www.raqc.org/ozone/Workshop/ozone-workshop.htm)

IV. EPA Early Action Compacts
Meeting participants will discuss the concept of a voluntary Early Action Compact with EPA. Such a compact will defer the effective date of a potential nonattainment designation in return for state and local commitments to meet certain planning milestones and to develop enforceable state and local measures, as necessary.
