Elena Wilkens
Elena Wilkens is the Executive Director for the Colorado Association of Transit Agencies (CASTA), a statewide trade association for transit providers, vendors, government agencies and other interested organizations. In her position at CASTA, Ms. Wilkens works to build coalitions to support and further transit interests locally, regionally and statewide. She is currently a member of the Denver Regional Mobility and Access Council and the State Interagency Coordinating Council. Ms. Wilkens serves on the Regional Air Quality Council as an individual with transit experience.
